Our aim is to help you expand insightfully, intuitively and creatively, whether you are an individual, an organisation or a brand.
Our fragmented world is at an inflection point; our mechanistic society & systems exacerbating our diminishing connection to ourselves and to our planet.
Every decision we make carries energy, makes an impact.
If we are to enjoy ‘peace, dignity, equality on a healthy planet’ (United Nations), we need to drastically change the way we think, organise and create, to be fit for the 21st century.
We need to rekindle what makes us human; to stimulate our creativity and imagination, rebalance our energy, listen closer to our intuition, amplify our uniqueness and reframe our decision making to take a wider view.
We need to open up our connection to ourselves and to each other; to rebalance and recognise and develop our personal power; to be aware that we all have skills, ideas, strengths to contribute.
To reimagine our outdated ‘othering’ systems, so we can help shape a better world.

Creating intuitively through painting and writing is a critical part of the work I do to support my philosophy and life and to help with my own energy transformation. My creative practice explores fragmentation, balance and unification, as well as limiting beliefs and shadow work.
About Hilary
I have over 30 years experience as a senior business leader, in multinational (insights and advertising) businesses, serving FTSE 500 clients and based out of New York, London Paris, Hong Kong and Singapore. I recently left corporate life to focus on experimenting and building Sundial Studios, a place to to stimulate, expand and transform energy through intuitive and creative work..
I am - like everyone else- a diverse, unique yet familiar person. My aim is to unify all parts of myself through expanding my intuitive creativity, combining my uniquely human strengths of intuition, imagination, empathy and connection, to my thinking and discernment .

A mixed media, abstract artist exploring “the illusion of separateness”; non-duality through consciousness, mind, imagination, intuition and energy. My highly successful first solo exhibition “The Spirit of My Nature” laid the foundations for development at my new studio at Phoenix Park, where I practice ice daily and also teach other students to Let Loose and express themselves creatively.

A Social Impact advocate – we are actively working to develop Heart, Mind & Magic’s social impact strategy through UN SDG 3 - Good health and wellbeing.
