As a self-taught chef, who has lived in London, Paris, New York and Singapore, Mark has a flaming love for unfussy, gloriously satisfying food, cooked from the heart. His inspiration is stoked by the wonder and gift that is fresh produce and vines; farmed, cultivated, nurtured or raised as nature intended, with minimum intervention; with love and care.

Whilst our food is European-inspired, we also embrace influences from around the world, with a focus on simplicity, generosity and warmth. Sourcing the finest produce from top gastronomic purveyors in the country, we are proud to present small and large plates, as well as eclectic sharing platters.

Mark- with his warm and energetic personality - brings this all together at our unique private dining  experience, designed to feed hearts, minds and spirits! 

We also offer a luscious range of mainly boutique, limited, small producer wines, ports and madeiras, specially picked to complement Mark’s cooking.
